What to expect

 

On Mondays and Tuesdays visit my studio in Haverfordwest (30 Market Street). Appointment times are 8-9am, 9:20-10:50, 11:10-12:20, 12:30-2pm.

Or I can give you a massage at home on Wednesday, Thursdays and Friday mornings.

Booking Process

  1. Read everything below so you know what to expect.

  2. Book online, T&Cs

  3. You’ll get an email from Calendly confirming your appointment, you can accept to pop it in your diary!

Getting here

  • Please allow plenty of time to get here. On arrival, relax quietly in the reception area and I’ll come out to meet you.

  • Directions and parking to 30 Market Street, Haverfordwest, SA61 1NH / View on Google Maps.

  • If you arrive late, I will likely still have to finish at the scheduled time as I may have other clients or commitments after.

Consultation

  • We’ll talk about your lifestyle and medical history for around 10 minutes to get a complete picture of how you are and how I can help. Combining the reality of your experience with my theoretical knowledge creates the best possible massage.

  • Tell me your needs, and ask me your questions. We’ll come up with a plan together.

  • Future sessions will entail shorter check-ins and more time on the table.

Your Massage

  • Once we are ready, I leave the room so you can undress and hop on the table, and then we'll begin your massage.

  • People usually undress to pants/boxers but if you’d prefer to be in your Birthday suit rest assured you’ll remain covered with a warm drape. Only areas I’m massaging will be exposed. If you would feel more comfortable clothed, then I can massage you through thin layers.

  • I use a variety of intuitive techniques to meet your needs such as releasing tension, encouraging your internal systems to relax, unravel and realign, and helping you feel more settled, grounded, balanced, nourished, restored, connected to self, or energized, or anything else that we have discussed.

After Your Massage

  • After you are dressed, we’ll talk about anything we noticed and discuss other ideas for self-care.

  • Keep your plans to a minimum to embrace the effects. You may feel emotional, and introspective and perhaps will need space to just 'be'.

  • I’ll follow up to see how you’re doing and ask if you’d kindly leave me a review!
