Booking

After selecting the slot for your massage appointment you’ll make full payment which confirms your booking. In our first session, we will take 10-15 minutes to complete a medical and lifestyle consultation. Subsequent appointments will have a shorter check-in with more hands-on time.  Your appointment time is inclusive of consultation, getting changed and aftercare.

I have a zero tolerence attitute towards inappropriate behaviour, dropping hints or innuendos.

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your start time. If you're late I won't be able to extend your session as it would mean subsequent clients wouldn't get their full time.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking…

• 48 hours or more in advance - full refund or option to reschedule

• 24-48 hours - 50% refund, option to reschedule in some special circumstances

• within 24hrs - no refund, no rescheduling

Short notice makes it difficult for me to be flexible with your booking as I have limited hours in which I work and the room is non-refundable. Thanks for your understanding.

Gift vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for as long as I'm still practising massage. Great for Christmas, Birthdays or an employee gift and suitable for all. Can be purchased in any amount.
