Privacy Policy
Good records can help me to provide you with a high standard of care. They maintain a continuous, reliable record of up to date information about relevant aspects of your life relating to your health and about the treatments provided rather than relying on memory.
Your privacy is very important to me and I adhere to GDPR regulations. Any personal information gathered through consultation or observation during the massage treatment or during conversations by email, letter or telephone are only obtained with your consent. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of informing your treatment and will never be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent.
Your information will be stored securely in a locked file box. You have the right to request details on what information I hold by contacting me. Your information will be held for up to 7 years after your last treatment after which it will be securely disposed of. You can withdraw your consent to me holding this information at any time and you can request for any personal information held about you to be deleted at any time by contacting me directly.
From time to time I may send out “Newsletters” by email updating you of any new techniques I have accomplished, appointment times, new clinic locations or special offers. You will only receive these if you have given me consent to contact you at the initial consultation (your response will be recorded on your notes). You can ask to be removed from the mailing list at any time by contacting me.
